About the Role

Fortive's HR Technology team is deploying Oracle HCM AI Agents across our global
HR function — automating workflows for managers, HR professionals, and
employees. As an intern on this team, you'll work directly on the configuration,
testing, and documentation of Oracle AI Agents while gaining hands-on exposure
to enterprise HR systems architecture, integrations, and AI governance. This is
a high-visibility role ideal for students with a technical curiosity for
AI-powered enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do

Oracle HCM AI Agent Testing & Configuration

* Support configuration and testing of Oracle AI Agents including Manager
Concierge, HCM Professional Concierge, Personal Information Assistant, and
Salary Change Agent.
* Execute structured test scenarios and log results in the HCM AI Testing Log;
document pass/fail outcomes, edge cases, and recommended fixes.
* Review and validate AI agent system prompts against HR policy and data
privacy standards.




* Assist in preparing agent readiness checklists for Works Council, Legal, and
IT Security sign-off.

Oracle HCM Technical Support

* Assist with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration tasks — including HCM Data Loader
(HDL) file preparation, Quick Formula basics, and Profile Options review.
* Draft functional documentation for HR workflows, business process flows, and
configuration change records.

AI Governance & Documentation

* Help build and maintain AI governance artifacts including agent capability
matrices, data privacy impact summaries, and Works Council briefing
materials.
* Research Oracle Fusion AI best practices and contribute to internal
knowledge-base documentation.
* Assist in creating PowerPoint and Word deliverables for AI steering committee
and HR leadership updates.

What You Bring

Required

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems,
Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, or a
