About the Role
We're looking for a US IT Recruiter who can independently own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT staffing requirements (C2C / W2 / 1099, contract and full time), while also supporting domestic (India) and UK requisitions during general working hours. You'll work closely with the TA Lead, account managers, and vendors to source, screen, and close niche IT positions across technology stacks, and will need to flex your working hours when US client requirements demand overlap with US time zones.
Shift & Work Hours
This role follows a General Shift of 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST, working from our Bhopal office. During this shift, you will primarily work on domestic (India) and UK requirements.
When active US requirements come in, you are expected to adjust your working hours to align with the relevant US time zone overlap for sourcing, screening, and candidate/client coordination on those roles.
Outside of active US requirement windows, you will continue working the General Shift (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST) on domestic and UK requisitions.




Shift adjustments for US requirements will be communicated in advance by the TA Lead based on client urgency and hiring manager availability.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — requisition intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure — for assigned US IT, domestic, and UK requisitions.
Source active and passive candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean search, referrals, and vendor/partner networks for US IT roles.
Understand and work confidently with US tax terms and engagement types (C2C, W2, 1099) and immigration/work-authorization basics (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN) relevant to US IT staffing.
Conduct L1 screening interviews to assess technical fit, communication, rate/compensation alignment, and work-authorization status before submitting candidates to hiring managers or clients.
