About The Test Tribe
The Test Tribe is the world's largest Software Testing community, with 45 global chapters, 900+ events, and members across 130+ countries.

We run live learning programs, cohorts, and memberships for technology professionals. Once someone joins, the experience they have is everything. That is the job this role exists to protect.
Location: Noida (Hybrid, Saturday + Sunday + 3 weekdays)

What You Will Do
Own the member experience after onboarding and track how people are progressing
Reach out to members who have gone quiet
Host and moderate live sessions on weekends
Handle feedback collection after every session and make sure it goes somewhere useful
Manage end-to-end scheduling and coordination for the mentoring program
Make sure recordings, materials, and certificates reach members without them having to ask

You communicate clearly and professionally across written and verbal channels
You can hold multiple moving pieces at once
Saturday and Sunday availability is non-negotiable

Prior experience in customer success, community, or any role where people were counting on you to deliver
Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, or any AI tool you have actually used
A genuine interest in learning, growth, or the career development space
