Role Description The Social Media and Communications Volunteer will support Lumora Learning’s outreach by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, designing simple visual assets, responding to comments and messages, and helping maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with Lumora’s mission.



The volunteer will assist in basic digital marketing activities, such as monitoring engagement, tracking content performance, and suggesting improvements based on insights. The role also involves supporting internal and external communications, including writing short updates, event announcements, and learner stories. This is a volunteer, on-site role based in Delhi, India, and may include occasional collaboration with educators to highlight learning initiatives and impact.
Qualifications

Robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including familiarity with major platforms and trends.
Ability to support broader Digital Marketing and Marketing activities, such as basic analytics tracking and campaign support.
Excellent Communication skills, with clear, inclusive, and engaging writing in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
