Role Description The Owner at PW in Lucknow will oversee the end-to-end operations and growth of the local education center, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and standards. This full time on-site role includes managing academic delivery, monitoring student outcomes,



and maintaining high-quality teaching and learning experiences. The Owner will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, handle budgeting and resource allocation, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Responsibilities also include developing local outreach strategies, fostering relationships with students, families, and community partners, and collaborating with central leadership on new initiatives. The role requires hands-on problem-solving, regular performance reviews, and continuous improvement of center processes and services.
