Role Description The Owner role at CampusPe is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves setting the overall vision and strategy for the company, making key business and product decisions, and ensuring alignment with CampusPe’s mission of bridging education and chance. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, guiding product development for the chatbot-based platform, building and maintaining relationships with colleges, companies, and partners, and leading fundraising and investor communications as needed. The Owner will manage and mentor a small, cross-functional team, monitor key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in student, college, and recruiter experiences. This role also requires representing CampusPe at events, building brand awareness, and actively seeking strategic collaborations that support growth in Tier II and Tier III markets.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and ownership mindset, with experience setting vision, strategy, and goals for an early-stage or growth-stage venture.




Background in entrepreneurship, product management, or business building, preferably in edtech, fintech, recruitment, or a related digital platform.
Proven ability to manage operations end-to-end, including team coordination, process optimization, and performance tracking.
Experience working with or selling to educational institutions, recruiters, or corporate HR teams is highly beneficial.
Comfort with technology-driven products, including familiarity with chatbot-based experiences, mobile-first platforms, or digital payments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage colleges, companies, partners, and investors.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and travel as needed to meet colleges, companies, and ecosystem partners.
