Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive revenue growth across our B2B and B2C segments. This role blends strategic lead generation, direct outbound outreach, and client relationship management. You will work closely with leadership to execute sales strategies, manage the customer pipeline, and close deals in a rapid-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify prospective B2C learners.




Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns.
Sales Pipeline Management: Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, address queries, and guide prospects through the enrollment funnel.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly talk-time targets and monthly revenue quotas.
CRM Hygiene: Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and statuses in the CRM tool.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to optimize inbound lead campaigns based on sales feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Freshers, recent graduates, or candidates with 0–2 years of experience (Any stream; Business, Marketing, or Engineering background is preferred).
Availability: Ready to join immediately and work full-time out of our Noida office.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi;
