About the Role:
We are looking for a HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, driving hiring closures, and supporting the organization in building high-performing teams.

Job Details:
Location: Baner, Pune.
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with business heads and hiring managers.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, recruitment groups,



and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview rounds.
Drive candidates through the recruitment process and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and candidate records.
Support onboarding and ensure smooth handover of selected candidates to the HR team.
Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing numbers, screening-to-interview ratio, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring TAT.

Must-Have Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience in the real estate / staffing industry is mandatory.
