Your Role: We’re looking for a Sr Specialist- Performance Marketing who knows what it takes to turn media spend into meaningful business growth.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable inside the Meta and Google consoles, deep in Excel, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. You’ll lead performance marketing for our D2C brands with the opportunity to directly influence how these businesses scale.

If you’ve managed significant media spends, think beyond CTRs and ROAS, and enjoy combining sharp analysis with decisive execution, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Own:Performance Marketing

Lead end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta and Google, from campaign strategy and setup through optimization and scaling.
Manage and optimize monthly media spends ensuring budgets are deployed efficiently against business goals.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, unlock scale, and drive sustainable growth.

Growth Analytics





Go beyond platform metrics to understand the complete D2C growth funnel and business economics.
Track and interpret metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CVR, AOV, revenue, contribution margins, and other relevant growth KPIs.
Use data to uncover what is working, what isn’t, and where the next growth chance lies.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

Own the weekly and monthly performance reporting for all brands.
Build clear, robust analyses and dashboards using Excel and other relevant tools.
Turn complex performance data into concise insights, recommendations, and actions for business stakeholders.

Growth Strategy

Translate business objectives into effective media strategies across audiences, campaigns, budgets, and creative requirements.
Partner with creative, brand, product, and business teams to strengthen the overall acquisition engine.
