Job Summary:

You will be an engineer on full-stack React, GraphQL, and Node applications with a highly
collaborative team. You will be responsible for assisting the senior team members in new feature
design and implementation and getting the issue pipeline resolved with the help of junior engineers.
You will also be making continuous improvements to the design and performance of an existing
large and complex application. Our products are used by organizations all over the world and we are
poised to keep growing our footprint.

Responsibilities:

â Build, Maintain and enhance our SaaS product.

â Participate in sprint planning, ensuring effective decomposition of epics and user stories into
estimated tasks and subtasks with clearly defined owners.

â Join video conferencing calls with the product team in requirements gathering and feature
enhancement discussions.

â Participate in agile stand ups and retrospectives.



Proactively help and support colleagues
remove impediments and continuously improve team productivity and satisfaction.
â Conduct code reviews and ensure a quality-centric team approach to development.

Requirements
A B.Tech/MCA with experience in modern full stack React/Node/Mongo application and 5+ years
of total hands-on experience with a mix of mentoring and handling team operations.

MUST HAVES:

â You are excited to work on a modern full stack Node/React/Mongo application and 5+

â Strong to expert-level knowledge of JavaScript.

â You can handle the entire software development life cycle, end to end.

â You have excellent communication skills. Excellent spoken and written English.
