About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven digital marketing professional who combines expertise in traditional SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization / AI Search Optimization), marketing automation, and Google Ads (PPC). This role is central to driving organic visibility across both classic search engines (Google, Bing) and AI-driven answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini), while also managing automated nurture campaigns and paid search performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema markup) and technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals).




- Build and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and organic performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Optimize website architecture and content for search intent.

GEO / AI SEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content to appear in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot).
- Structure content using clear entities, structured data (schema.org), and citation-friendly formatting for LLM crawlers.
- Monitor brand visibility and citations within AI search/answer engines.
- Stay current with evolving AI search algorithms and update content strategy accordingly.
- Build authoritative, well-sourced content that AI models are likely to reference and cite.

Marketing Automation
- Design, build, and manage automated email/lead nurture workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Active Cam
