Responsibilities We are looking for an exceptional Senior ServiceNow Developer with experience in designing and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom ServiceNow Store applications and integrating their capabilities with our DEX platform.



You will also enhance existing applications to maximize value for our customers. Participate in the end-to-end ServiceNow application lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and Store certification. Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Operations Workspace), ITOM, CMDB, and others as needed. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies. Implement workflows, business rules, Script Includes, and automation to streamline business processes and improve user experience. Collaborate with product teams, IT stakeholders, and ServiceNow specialists to ensure alignment with business objectives.
