Role Overview We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Meta Advertising Manager who not only understands high-level digital strategy but also thrives in the trenches of ad execution. This is a fullstack performance marketing role focused on driving ROI through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable devising data-backed strategies and rolling up their sleeves to implement, test, and optimize campaigns hands-on. Job Description: Strategy & Planning Develop and own the end-to-end Meta ads strategy aligned with business goals (lead gen, CAC reduction, revenue growth, etc.).
