Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and academic institutions. Coordinate campus hiring drives, presentations, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts. Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and build quality hiring pipelines.



Manage internship programs and support conversion of interns into full-time employees. Drive employer branding initiatives, campus engagement activities, and recruitment events. Improve candidate engagement through innovative recruitment strategies and gamification. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth hiring operations. Generate recruitment reports, maintain data integrity, and provide hiring analytics. Support interviewer training, process improvements, and strategic campus hiring initiatives.
