The role will manage end-to-end import/export documentation, customs clearance, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, duty optimization, vendor coordination, MIS reporting, and cross-functional execution in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: • Manage import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, shipping bills, bills of entry, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and statutory records. • Ensure customs, trade, regulatory, documentation, company policy, and audit compliance across all import/export transactions. • Handle duties, tariffs, duty drawback, Advance Authorization, DBK, RoDTEP, and other applicable exemption or export incentive processes. • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, transporters, ports, shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams for timely and cost-effective movement of goods. • Track shipments,
