Role: Senior Manager [STEM Education], Chennai Experience: 6-8 years Salary: Up to 10-11 LPA About the role: The Senior Manager will lead the Fellowship program, serving as the strategic nodal point for all key stakeholders, including schools, fellows, implementation partners, donors, and the central leadership team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end success of the fellowship, from high-level strategy and monitoring to the hands-on mentorship of program staff across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Program Design Fellowship Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the long-term fellowship strategy to ensure scalability and impact. M&E; Oversight: Design and lead the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E;) framework to track program effectiveness and fellow performance. L&D; Development: Design and implement Leadership & Development (L&D;) modules for both the fellows and the internal staff team to foster qualified growth. 2. Operations & People Management Team Mentorship: Coach and mentor (Assistant)



Program Managers to drive excellence in stakeholder management and fellow outcomes across two or more cities. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between schools, community partners, and donors to ensure program alignment.
