Job Description – Branch Head – Electrical Automation Position Branch Head – Electrical Automation Location Vashi, Navi Mumbai Reporting To CEO / Director Position Summary The Branch Head – Electrical Automation will be responsible for leading the overall business operations, sales growth, profitability, and customer engagement of the branch. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong commercial acumen and technical expertise in industrial automation, capable of driving business expansion while ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving business objectives through effective sales management, team leadership, project execution, and strategic market development. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and implement branch sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Drive sales of industrial automation products and solutions, including PLCs, Drives, HMIs, Servo Systems, Switchgear, and related electrical products.



Identify and develop current business opportunities across manufacturing, process industries, OEMs, system integrators, and industrial customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and channel partners. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to support branch growth. Branch Operations Manage the overall operations of the branch, including Sales, Service, Technical Support, and Administration. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning while maintaining high operational efficiency. Monitor branch performance against established business KPIs. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. Profitability & Financial Management Achieve branch revenue, gross margin, and profitability objectives.
