Position Overview: The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records, manage multi-currency bookkeeping, support month-end and year-end close activities, ensure compliance with international accounting requirements, and collaborate with finance teams and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities General Ledger & Transaction Processing Record and reconcile daily transactions, maintain the general ledger, and ensure journal entries are accurate and timely. Multi-Currency Accounting Manage multi-currency transactions, revaluations, and translation adjustments; maintain currency exposure records and support hedging documentation where applicable. Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor invoices and payments,



manage customer invoicing and collections, reconcile supplier and customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies. Bank & Cash Management Reconcile bank accounts across multiple banks and currencies, monitor cash positions, and prepare cash flow summaries for finance leads. Month-End & Reporting Support Prepare and post month-end and period-end journal entries (accruals, prepayments, deferrals), support close activities, and provide supporting schedules for management and external reporting. Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to internal controls, company accounting policies, and relevant local and international regulations (e.g., VAT/GST, withholding taxes); support audits and tax filings as required. Intercompany & External Stakeholder Coordination Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations, liaise with external accountants, banks, and tax advisors, and support cross-border payment processes
