Role Overview We are seeking a Proposal Writer / Marketing Analyst to support our Business Development team by supporting the end-to-end proposal generation as well as marketing content development. This role will report to Sr. Manager Business Development and will support the bids and capture team. The core responsibility of this role will be to help develop high-quality, accurate, and compliant proposals for enterprise IT engagements.in a timely manner. This is an execution-focused role with a solid emphasis on attention to detail, structured writing, and analytical review of proposal content. This role will be based in India, under Quantum Strides India Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quantum Strides LLC. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager – Business development to develop responses for Request for Proposals (RFPs), manage end-to-end proposal responses, and coordinate cross-functional inputs to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions for US-based and global clients.
