QUALIFICATIONS: ITI, Diploma in mechanical or undergraduate with 10 years’ experience. Hands on experience in Pneumatic me mechanic Job Responsibilities: - To perform routine maintenance repair and troubleshooting on garment manufacturing machines including shewing machines, cutting machines and machine installations. - Repair & replaces machine and equipment’s, setting up and testing to insure proper functioning. - Repairs and replaces machine parted, including gears motors, compression machine. - Maintaining records of machine maintenance repair and performance, including logging works orders, Maintenance schedules and machine downtimes. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: - Machine uptime and availability - Machine performance and efficiency - Quality and compliance - Communication and collaboration - Continues improvement and innovation.
