About the job

At GRIPIT, we are working on Project X in the Kids category and are looking for an experienced professional with a robust understanding of children aged 2–9 years.

This role will involve understanding how children think, behave, learn, engage and create, and translating those insights into meaningful product and experience decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand child psychology, behavior and developmental stages
- Conduct behavioral research with children and parents
- Develop age-wise child development insights
- Study children's engagement, imagination, creativity and storytelling behavior
- Translate research findings into actionable product and experience insights
- Build data-driven frameworks to understand children's behavior
- Work closely with Product,



Content and Design teams
- Bring a research-led perspective into product development and decision-making

What we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of children aged 2–9 years
- Background in Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, Child Development or UX Research
- Strong research and analytical thinking
- Ability to convert behavioral observations into actionable insights
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Curiosity, strong observation skills and a genuine interest in understanding children
