BLR Professional Services Engineer Location Bangalore India About Arrcus Arrcus was founded to enrich human experiences by interconnecting people machines and data Our team comprises world-class technologists with a proven record in delivering industry-leading networking products supported by visionary leaders experienced operators and Tier One VCs Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Professional Services Engineer to join our customer-facing team In this role you will play a pivotal part in the design deployment and optimization of advanced data center networking solutions You ll work directly with customers to implement Arrcus technology delivering best-in-class experiences while solving real-world challenges in contemporary network infrastructures Responsibilities Lead the implementation and deployment of EVPN-VXLAN L3VPN and IP MPLS-based network solutions in customer environments Design and document High-Level Designs HLDs and Low-Level Designs LLDs for data center core and edge networks Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide hands-on support during integration migration and post-deployment phases Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues across multi-vendor environments Cisco Juniper Arista Deliver knowledge transfer sessions operational handover and detailed documentation Work with internal teams including Product Management Engineering and Support to influence product direction and ensure customer success Stay current with networking trends protocols and vendor certifications to maintain technical leadership Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field 5-8 years of hands-on experience in networking with a strong focus on Data Center technologies including at least 2-3 years in a Professional Services or Customer-Facing Deployment role Solid expertise in routing protocols and technologies BGP OSPF
