We're now looking for a Delivery Manager to join one of our global Solution Areas. This is a key customer-facing role for someone who enjoys leading complex software deliveries, building trusted customer relationships, and driving operational excellence across cross-functional teams. As Delivery Manager , you report to the Manager Solution Area and are a member of the Solution Area Leadership Team . You are accountable for the end-to-end delivery, performance, and quality of one or more customer deliveries, while contributing to the overall performance and development of the Solution Area. Your mission As Delivery Manager, you ensure that customer commitments are fulfilled throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. You balance customer value, operational stability, financial performance,



and compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and services. You act as the operational owner of the customer delivery, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, business objectives, and the Solution Area strategy. Working closely with engineering teams, product management, operations, and customer stakeholders, you create transparency, manage risks proactively, and continuously improve delivery performance. What you'll do Own customer delivery Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of one or more customer deliveries. Ensure fulfilment of committed deliveries and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure overall quality, stability, and performance of delivered solutions and services. Act as the primary operational escalation point for the customer. Build and maintain solid relationships with customer stakeholders. Provide transparent communication
