Description There are millions of small and medium businesses across international stores such as India LatAm Europe Middle East Japan etc who sign up as sellers on Amazon The Seller AI team within International Seller Services organization is focused on helping sellers with the right set of Gen-AI LLM powered tools and agentic solutions that can enable them to accelerate business growth on Amazon If you like to swim in unchartered territories then this is your opportunity to solve problems that no one has attempted to solve before We work like a well-funded high speed startup driven by the passion to bring the best in class AI powered experiences to our selling partners across international stores This role is responsible for driving a roadmap for some of the most critical AI and Agentic experiences and enablers to help new and tenured sellers succeed and grow their business across international stores Key job responsibilities As a Principal Product Manager-Tech you will be expected to come up with the strategic direction PR FAQs vision and business requirements for the some of the most impactful Gen-AI LLM based experiences for our selling partners This will need you to understand pain points of various types of sellers prioritise business needs that could be different across countries while coming up with well thought out product ideas as well as have a valuable command on latest advancements in AI technology e g Generative AI Large Language Models etc You will launch products and take them to market demonstrating business impact across several international countries A day in the life The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging complex and ambiguous projects across multiple teams and locations The role holder will represent the area to several senior leadership executives and lead strategic direction as well as large scale techinal decisions They will be comfortable marshalling large amounts of data and expert with new-age technology domains
