The Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving lead volume and efficiency through continuous optimisation, audience strategy, creative testing, and budget management. The role sits at the core of the growth engine and requires robust execution capability combined with analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end paid media execution across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other performance channels Build and optimise full-funnel campaigns covering awareness, consideration, and conversion Drive audience strategy including keyword planning, interest-based targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting Work closely with creative, content, and category teams to build city- and persona-specific ad sets Continuously test and optimise creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and CTAs Track and improve core performance metrics including CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR, lead quality, orders, and ROI Manage budgets, pacing,
