About the role: We’re looking for a sharp-thinking creative lead who can bring big campaign ideas to life, steer daily creative outputs, and elevate how a brand looks, feels, and performs across multiple channels. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead visual direction and storytelling for brand campaigns—whether it's a flagship film, OOH takeover,



or a big idea that can stretch across touchpoints. Translate brand thinking into compelling creative work across ATL, digital, retail, and packaging. Own and guide art direction for shoots, films, and all visual content. Translate briefs into compelling campaign systems and master visual assets. Review and refine design outputs from the team, pushing for clarity, impact, and originality. Build and uphold systems that drive creative quality and efficiency—brand guidelines, moodboards, benchmarks, and reviews. Mentor junior designers and bring out the best in your team. Who you are: Has experience working on large-scale brand campaigns—both building from scratch and evolving existing systems. Knows how to stretch a core creative idea across print, OOH, film, and digital. Has a strong eye for photography, typography, layouts, and compelling visual storytelling.
