client is an established aerospace manufacturing company seeking a
professional Personal Assistant to support the Director with strong
technical understanding and excellent professional presence. Duties
and Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, coordinate
meetings, and organize travel logistics. Prepare, edit, and
summarize technical reports and production documentation for the
Director. Act as liaison between the Director and engineering,
production, quality, and external partners. Track action items,
follow-ups,



and priorities for senior management. Organize steering
committees, board materials, and meeting logistics. Handle
confidential information with discretion. Prepare presentations and
reports for leadership meetings. Provide general administrative
support: expense reports, procurement coordination, office
logistics. Requirements: ~7 years experience as an executive
assistant, preferably in a technical or aerospace environment.
Strong technical literacy with ability to interpret and summarize
technical documents. Excellent professional presentation, written
and verbal communication skills in English. High discretion,
organizational skills, proactivity, and strong MS Office skills.
