This role focuses on designing robust evaluation frameworks, conducting rigorous research, and generating actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical expertise with research methodologies and a passion for improving mental health outcomes through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research & Evaluation Design Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks across programs Design rigorous research studies (RCTs, quasi-experimental, and mixed-methods approaches) Build Theory of Change models and logical frameworks Establish standardized outcome indicators aligned with global best practices 2. Outcome Mapping & Indicator Management Map program outcomes to measurable indicators and develop tracking matrices Define and document KPIs for programs and interventions Establish baselines,
