Details: Full-time Airstriprealtech, a leading airport company in
Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, is seeking highly motivated and
customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground
Staff. As part of the ground staff team, you will play a crucial
role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in,
baggage drop, and boarding procedures - Provide excellent customer
service and address any passenger inquiries or concerns - Conduct
security screenings and ensure compliance with airport regulations
- Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from
aircraft - Perform aircraft marshalling and communicate with pilots
and ground crew - Coordinate with other departments to ensure
on-time departures and arrivals - Monitor flight schedules and
update passengers on any changes or delays - Maintain cleanliness
and safety standards in the airport terminal - Handle any emergency
situations or incidents that may arise - Adhere to all company
policies and procedures, as well as airport regulations
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior
experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work
in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving
and decision-making abilities - Must be able to work versatile
hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to
lift up to 50 pounds - Knowledge of local language and English is
