The gym needs an end-to-end member lifecycle automation stack — lead capture to retention. The SaaS platform needs prospecting, onboarding, and churn prevention agents that scale revenue without scaling headcount. This hire owns both. This is not a workflow configuration role. The right candidate will architect agents that make decisions, hold context,



and act autonomously — not trigger-action flows with an AI label on them.
