WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The multinational Global Customer Care Team is the first point of contact for
Criteo Customers; our goal is to provide excellent customer support to all
incoming client requests using email or live chat. We excel at collaboration,
communication, and teamwork, as they are key to solving our client’s requests.
We have an interest in learning and solving technical issues to help clients run
a desired advertising campaign while enabling Criteo clients to navigate through
and use our Advertising Platform by sharing the right instructions.

* Assist the customer care team in managing customer inquiries via email, and
chat.

* Understand Criteo's policies & tool and then provide accurate and timely
information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

* Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

* Document and track customer interactions – CRM/Salesforce.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

* Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer
service skills.





* Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

This role is based at Gurgaon, IN (Hybrid)

EMEA Shift 12:30 PM IST - 09:30 PM IST

Contract Duration: 6 months

WHO YOU ARE:

* Completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Exposure to AI tools and technologies

* Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Ability to work well in a team environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a
plus (not a mandatory requirement)

* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
