Harbor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Associate Consultant with experience in implementing technology solutions to join our team. This role involves hands-on software implementation, client onboarding, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs while continuously improving our support and implementation processes.

Work Location & Hours: This is a remote/hybrid position in India. For the first 3-6 months, employees will align with USA business hours (9am - 5pm EST). Following these first several months, Harbor will adjust the schedule to better fit India hours based on long-term Harbor and client needs. The long-term schedule will be finalized after the first 9 months of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support software solutions based on customer requirements.
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently,



coordinating with technical teams as needed.
- Be open to learning current technologies, such as Luminance, Salesforce, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, TeamConnect, iManage, and NetDocuments to support Harbor implementation projects.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and customers to advocate for user needs and product improvements.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases.
- Manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication throughout implementation or support lifecycles.
- Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
