Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tableau Data Analyst Developer to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in turning complex data sets into compelling stories and actionable insights through the design and development of advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in data analysis and visualization, solid business acumen, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development & Design: Lead the end-to-end development of sophisticated and intuitive Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that meet stakeholder requirements and adhere to data visualization best practices.




- Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and end-users to understand their needs, gather complex requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and effective BI solutions.
- Data Analysis & Integration: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (including data warehouses, relational databases, and flat files). Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of Tableau workbooks and data sources to ensure fast, reliable, and efficient reporting.
- Tableau Server/Cloud Administration: Assist in managing the Tableau Server/Cloud environment, including user permissions, content publishing, data source governance, and scheduling extract refreshes.
