Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing for web and/or mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and QA reviews.
- Conduct API testing and basic database validation when required.
- Support UAT cycles and release validation.
- Utilize AI tools to assist in test case generation, test data preparation, bug analysis, and productivity improvement.
- Assist in maintaining automation scripts or frameworks where applicable.

Required Skills (Must Have)




- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC.
- Experience writing detailed test cases and defect reports.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience using AI-assisted testing tools or Generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, TestGPT, etc.) for improving testing workflows.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
