Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Spanish Teacher. The Spanish Teacher will plan and deliver online Spanish lessons to learners at various proficiency levels, using interactive methods to build speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and adapting instructional materials, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will conduct virtual classes and tutoring sessions,



maintain clear communication with students and guardians as appropriate, and participate in occasional team meetings or training sessions. The role requires consistent scheduling, professional online presence, and adherence to SS Powered’s academic standards and policies.

Qualifications
- Ability to effectively teach Spanish, with strong Spanish Teaching and general Teaching skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for language courses.
- Skill in individualized support, including Tutoring and small-group instruction.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish; near-native or native fluency preferred.
- Experience teaching in online or hybrid environments, with comfort using digital classroom tools.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or
