You'll lead omnichannel headhunting through direct calls, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach, while working closely with executives in a high-performance, results-driven environment. You'll own your searches, build solid pipelines, and play an active role in delivering talent that makes a real business impact.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with U.S.
client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates for active requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal)
- Generate candidate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings, and targeted sourcing strategies
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, interest, and overall fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and U.S. clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth scheduling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and internal databases
- Continuously explore new sourcing approaches to reach diverse and high-quality talent pools
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing searches
- Conduct candidate interviews and provide clear, structured feedback
- Create, edit, and post job descriptions tailored to U.S. market requirements
