For Freshers:

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international customers through consultative sales conversations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Drive lead conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Communicate product value confidently using a customer-first approach.
- Proactively follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle customer objections and convert opportunities into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to enrolment.
- Continuously improve sales performance through feedback, learning, and process optimization.
