About the Role

We are looking for a
Business Development Executive – B2B Field Sales
for our Chennai location.

This is a
target-driven new business sales role
. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to identify potential B2B clients through
cold calling and lead generation, schedule appointments, meet clients, present Pepagora's solutions, follow up with prospects and close deals
.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from
prospecting to closure
.

Key Responsibilities
- Make regular
outbound cold calls
to identify potential B2B customers
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, market research and other prospecting activities
- Understand the prospect's business requirements and identify potential opportunities
- Schedule appointments
with decision-makers and prospective clients
- Conduct client meetings through phone, virtual meetings and physical visits




- Present and explain Pepagora's products and services to prospects
- Handle objections and negotiate with prospective customers
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from
cold call → appointment → meeting → follow-up → negotiation → closure
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and work towards monthly revenue targets
- Update all calls, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM on a daily basis
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful deal closure and client onboarding
- Build long-term relationships with acquired clients

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales / Field Sales
- Strong experience in
cold calling and lead generation
- Proven ability to
set appointments with prospective clients
- Experience in converting appointments/leads into sales
- Comfortable handli
