About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage material handling, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining strong record-keeping and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming materials
- Support inventory management and maintain accurate stock records
- Organize materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval
- Assist with material dispatch, packing, and loading as per delivery schedules
- Update stock movement, inward, and outward entries in ERP/Excel
- Perform regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation




- Ensure proper storage of materials as per company guidelines
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams for material requirements
- Report damaged, expired, or short materials to the warehouse supervisor
- Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating practices.

Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse/inventory management preferred
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment
- Positive communication and coordination skills

PPO will be offered based on the performance .
