- Minimum 8 years of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling and sales leadership roles.
- Experience in managing multiple branches, territories, or distribution channels will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of the General Insurance market.
- Proficiency in spoken Kannada is mandatory.

Role Summary

Policybazaar is seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Assistant Zonal Manager
to support the Zonal Manager in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and leading high-performing sales teams across the assigned zone. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, in-depth knowledge of the General Insurance industry,



and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Zonal Manager in achieving zonal business objectives and sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Area Managers, Territory Managers, and field sales teams to maximize performance.
- Monitor sales performance across assigned territories and implement corrective actions where required.
- Execute sales strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, intermediaries, and key customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews, coaching sessions, and performance management activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
