Primary Responsibilities:
- End-to-end delivery of software solutions, including requirements analysis, architecture review, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance on architecture decisions, scalability, performance optimization, resiliency, and maintainability
- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Operations, Security, and Business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions
- Drive engineering excellence through adoption of best practices in software design, coding standards, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native development
- Ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent projects by managing scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation
- Champion Agile and DevOps practices, enabling predictable delivery and continuous improvement across teams
- Establish engineering metrics and operational KPIs to improve product quality, system reliability, customer satisfaction, and team productivity
