₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA ( Based on experience and interview performance )

What You'll Do

As a CRM Executive – Post Sales, you will:

✅ Maintain and update customer records in CRM/MIS and physical files





✅ Coordinate preparation of Allotment Letters, Agreements, Receipts, Demand Letters, NOCs, Lien Letters and Possession Letters

✅ Manage customer documentation, registration and stamp duty processes

✅ Coordinate with banks for home loan documentation and loan disbursements

✅ Prepare reminder letters, cancellation letters and customer communications

✅ Generate MIS reports, project summaries, revenue reports and customer databases

✅ Prepare and maintain quarterly RERA-related documentation

✅ Coordinate with Legal, Accounts, Projects and Approval teams for smooth post-sales execution

✅ Resolve customer queries and escalations while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

✅ Ensure timely documentation and compliance throughout the customer lifecycle
