The Creative Head will be responsible for leading the agency's creative vision, ensuring high-quality campaign execution, and building a high-performing design and content team. The role requires strategic thinking, creative leadership, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative department including graphic designers, video editors, motion designers, content writers.





Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for digital & social media platforms.

Ensure all creatives align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and performance goals.

Review and approve all design, video, and content deliverables before client submission.

Drive innovative storytelling, visual branding, and creative strategies across campaigns.

Collaborate with performance marketing, account management, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Build creative frameworks for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion-focused campaigns.

Stay updated with emerging trends, AI tools, social media formats, and advertising best practices.

Conduct brainstorming sessions and mentor team members to improve creative quality and productivity.

Manage creative timelines, resource allocation, and project delivery schedules.

Present campaign concepts and creative strategies to clients and internal stakeholders. LinkedIn Business Solutions.
