Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across multiple retail pharmacy stores within the assigned Area. The role involves achieving revenue targets, managing store-level sales performance, developing teams, improving customer experience, and ensuring effective execution of business and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability across all stores in the assigned zone.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor store-wise performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers, Pharmacists, and retail sales teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Analyse sales reports, inventory movement, customer trends, and store productivity.
- Ensure optimum inventory availability and minimise stock-outs,



expiry, damages, and inventory losses.
- Identify underperforming stores and prepare corrective action plans.
- Support current store openings and ensure smooth operational setup.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, and customer service standards.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
