Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

 Set up accounting structures and charts of accounts



Prepare monthly Trial Balance and financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)



for each client and deliver within agreed SLA Process and verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

 Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all client bank accounts, including AED and foreign currency accounts.

 Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

 Present financial updates to client management via scheduled calls or meetings, explaining variances in clear, non-technical language on a required basis (monthly)

 Handle accounts payable and receivable functions

 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory policies

 Support the preparation and filing of tax and regulatory reports

 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy  Record financial transactions using accounting software such as Tally, ZohoBooks, or QuickBooks

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

 1–3 years of relevan
