E-commerce Senior Executive / E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale e-commerce and quick commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Own online sales, revenue targets, P&L;, profitability and growth strategy.
- Manage marketplace operations, pricing, catalog, promotions, inventory and platform performance.
- Drive quick commerce expansion, assortment, availability, visibility and regional growth.
- Manage marketplace advertising, performance marketing and ROAS.
- Build and manage relationships with marketplace and quick commerce partners.
- Lead e-commerce teams and coordinate with marketing, supply chain and finance.
- Analyze sales, competition and customer data to drive business decisions.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in
E-commerce / Marketplace / Quick Commerce
.
- Experience with
FMCG, D2C, Consumer Goods, Retail or Lifestyle brands
preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
- Strong P&L;, analytics, negotiation and team management skills.
