The mandate is to ensure that every product is architected correctly from the beginning — with
scalability, certification, security and regulatory compliance designed into the platform from line one, rather than retrofitted later.

The Profile We Need
- 15+ years of payments architecture experience
across issuing, acquiring and processing.
- Proven experience personally architecting
card and wallet platforms
that have been taken into production at scale.
- Deep
EMVCo expertise
, including:
- Contact and contactless kernels
- Tokenisation
- 3-D Secure
- EMVCo certification
- PCI DSS Level 1
- RuPay, Visa and Mastercard certification cycles
- Strong
UPI and India Stack
expertise, including:
- NPCI switch integration
- UPI issuing and acquiring flows
- NCMC / transit
- Aadhaar eKYC
