This is a
paid internship with an opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
based on performance, business requirements and overall fit.

HR / Recruitment
and want to build hands-on experience in hiring within a rapid-paced
D2C / E-commerce / Consumer Brand
environment, this opportunity is for you

What You’ll Do

Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, databases and other relevant channels
- Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active hiring requirements
- Use targeted searches to identify suitable candidates across different functions

Candidate Screening
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates
- Understand candidates’ experience, skills, current location, notice period,



compensation expectations and career interests
- Share relevant profiles with the HR team / hiring managers

Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates
- Track interview feedback and candidate movement throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain regular follow-ups to minimise candidate drop-offs

Hiring & Joining Support
- Assist in managing candidates through the complete recruitment funnel
- Support offer discussions and candidate follow-ups
- Coordinate documentation and joining-related activities
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Support the HR team in ensuring positions are closed within defined timelines
