VLH Bansal Motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to coordinate between customers and the workshop team and ensure a smooth vehicle service experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Explain required repairs and maintenance to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff.
- Monitor vehicle repair and service progress.
- Provide customers with regular service updates.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, billing and delivery.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain service records and customer history.
- Follow up with customers after service.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
- Automobile dealership/workshop experience preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Technical understanding of commercial vehicles will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate multiple jobs efficiently.
