Role & responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Management
- Drive branch business targets.
- Develop and execute local market penetration strategies.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maximize branch profitability through balanced growth of asset, liability, and fee-based businesses.
- Monitor branch productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire new customers through direct sourcing, field activities, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, local business communities, and influencers.
- Ensure high customer retention and repeat business.
- Enhance customer engagement through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch employees across all product verticals.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure manpower productivity and capability building through continuous coaching and training.




- Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture within the branch.

Sales & Cross-Sell Management
- Drive cross-selling of insurance, mutual funds, liabilities, and lending products.
- Improve product penetration among existing and current customers.
- Track funnel conversion, lead management, and sales productivity metrics.

Portfolio Quality & Risk Management
- Ensure quality sourcing and portfolio health across lending products.
- Maintain delinquency and NPA levels within defined organizational thresholds.
- Monitor credit, operational, and compliance risks.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, audit, and regulatory guidelines.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery standards.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations.
- Maintain branch documentation and process compliance.
- Coordinate with support functions for smooth business operations.
